Purity first
Prayer begins with purity. No prayer is accepted without purification (Sahih Muslim 224), so most of a woman’s questions about prayer are really questions about wudu, ghusl and bleeding. Start with wudu, then the guides on periods and istihadah, which tell you when to pray and when not to.

Made easy
The deen is not a burden. Allah wants ease for you and not hardship (Quran 2:185), and asks no soul for more than it can bear (Quran 2:286). When a ruling is hard to apply to your own life, ask a scholar or a knowledgeable woman you trust: that is what they are there for.
